A £45 deposit is required to secure an appointment slot. This deposit is then offset against the cost of your appointment.
Yes. The payment portal can be used to pay a deposit or any other amount requested by the dental practice.
Yes. When you click Pay Now, you will be taken to a secure payment portal to complete your transaction safely.
Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
For cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit is non-refundable.
For missed appointments, the £45 deposit is non-refundable.
