2.1 Appointments, Deposits and Cancellation Policy

To secure an appointment, we require a £45 deposit.

The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment.

If you fail to attend or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a £45 cancellation fee will be retained.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation at the clinician’s discretion.

This policy allows us to manage clinical time fairly and ensure availability for other patients.

2.2 Fees and Refund Policy

Fees for treatment will be explained in advance wherever possible.

Payment is due at or before the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds:

Refunds for treatment are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Clinical fees are non-refundable once treatment has been provided, except where required by law.

Where a treatment plan is discontinued before completion, any refund will reflect work already carried out, laboratory costs incurred, and clinical time used.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
